We have an older IBM Bladecenter - H with 2 brocade 10 port fabric switches in that i want to upgrade the OS on.
its old and outdated and doesn't support the newer versions of JAVA, i need to use JRE 5 update 5 to connect to it.
The problem i have is the information that i get from the Bladecenter AMM Service data isn't helping me out at all.
The part number and the FRU number doesn't really show up as having a valid upgrade

doing a search on the part number comes up with this link

but the page doesn't say that its supported.
on the left (1) is shows the part number but on the right (2) it doesn't show as being supported

No sure if you can get to it with out logging in (pic below) but nothing is shown as supported there either.
I hope someone is able to shed some light on this.
Also when the upgrade process is completed does the switch reboot or does it wait for a manual reboot before the new OS is loaded?
