Share between AIX and windows

Hello,

    I am trying to setup a share between AIX 5.3 and a windows server or desktop. I am trying to find the best way do do this. I can get around in AIX and do a few things but not to many advanced functions. I was looking at a samba install but i may not have what i need to do that. I think i need the installer disks but i can not find them.. What i am looking to do is the AIX box will be creating a file. I need that file to drop into a share that the windows server can see to have an application pick up.
