Storwize v3700 Block at booting

Hi,

I just got a Storwize v3700 and I have a problem with it.
I have run a reinstallation of the Machine-Code, and I had a power failure during the reboot. Since then I can't get access to it.
I have the status led that never lights up and I have the error led that starts after 5 minutes of running.

Is there a solution?
