IBM 3580 Tape library setup with server 2019

Hello Guys,

I connected new IBM tape library with server 2019 but don't know what to do next?

I was thinking may be I will connect  Tape Library to server and  it will come up like USB drive but its not happening?

Please explain how it works ?
