Permission on IBM Poweri "STRSQL" command

I'm trying to start STRSQL while logged in as a particular user to troubleshoot some remote SQL statements through a linked server on a Microsoft SQL Server system. I log in interactively in a 5250 session as the user profile we use for the remote linked server connection.

When I try to run STRSQL, I get "Command STRSQL in library QSQL not allowed."

The command works just fine in my regular user profile.

We lost our IBM specialist to another company in June. I'm a Windows guy by training and experience, and need some assistance on making this profile able to use STRSQL.
