Good day SpiceHeads, I'm running into this very odd problem. We have six (6) of these printers setup and configure as receipt printer in the AS400 and five (5) are working perfectly except one. This is how the are configured; printer sessions have been created for these particular printers. These printers are connected directly to the PC's through USB, I am able to send a test print to all of the printers including the one that's not working from the AS400.
They are setup as the default printers, I can see the printer in the AS400, and it's started, but it's not printing. I can send a test print from Windows and a print screen from the AS400 but it's not printing receipts from the AS400. Any ideas? If you need more info let me know and I'll be glad to provide it.
